CardScan Team (Version 9)

The DYMO CardScan Team is designed for sharing your contact data. This PC based system enables your contacts to be stored on a network server. Its easily accessed through password protected licences - included for 2 users (additional licences are available to add users).

Simple to use, the CardScan Team will scan fast and accurately from business cards . You can use your data for documents, emails or even web pages. The V9 contact management software included in this package allows you to drag and drop the relevant information required. You can even scan Business cards details directly into your Microsoft outlook contacts file (Windows only).

There are many features to the CardScan Team that will help you produce an invaluable contact database. The V9 software allows you to categorise, sort, edit data fast and efficiently. With only one click you can even generate a map of your contacts addresses.

A new feature on the DYMO CardScan range is the ability to save your CardScan file csv (spreadsheet) or vcf formats for use in bulk mailshots or to just printing a few address labels.
